Dinner Reservations
Pre-lecture receptions and dinners are held with Public Forum speakers from 5:30-7 prior to most speeches. Held at Springfield's Monarch Place Sheraton, these dinners give Patrons, Major Patrons, Benefactors, Diamond Society Members, Business Supporters and Sponsors the opportunity to meet and talk with Forum speakers in a smaller setting, including the opportunity to hear additional comments from the lecturer. Dinner tickets are $40 per person.
This year, the Public Forum is celebrating its 75th Anniversary with a benefit cocktail reception following the moderated discussion with news analysts Mark Shields and David Brooks on November 30th. Held immediately after the Shields/Brooks event at Springfield Symphony Hall, the tickets for this special reception in the Mahogany Room at Symphony Hall are $100. Proceeds from this event will endow the long-term sustainability of the Public Forum.
The cost for a pre-lecture dinner is $40 per person; tickets to the 75th Anniversary benefit reception are $100 per person. The reception tickets must be paid in advance; please send checks to the Public Forum at P.O. Box 5374, Springfield, MA 01101.
