Educational Partnership and Resources

Make your lesson plans come alive: integrate Public Forum lecture topics with your curriculum!  The Springfield Public Forum offers special events and opportunities to educators and students as a part of its educational partnership. These include:

  • The opportunity for students to participate in small group discussions with Forum speakers.
  • Participation in our pre-lecture dinners (limited number of students).
  • Essay contest.
  • Movie and documentary screenings.
  • Provision of educational resources related to each speaker's topic.
  • Participation in City Thinks programming, two weeks of programming focused on a Public Forum lecture.

By working with the needs of both educators and students, the Springfield Public Forum aims to be a dynamic resource for students, educators and all life-long learners.  We look forward to your participation in our educational programming.
