Established in 1935, the Springfield Public Forum is old but new each year. Each fall, we mark our long tradition of “great speakers, great discourse” with an exciting line-up of cutting edge lectures. The Public Forum’s speaker events and related programming promise that you will arrive curious and leave inspired!
We are also committed to remaining free to the public as part of our mission of providing a truly open forum for ideas and education to our community. With world class speakers accessible to all, the Springfield Public Forum provides an experience and service that few other cities can match.
The Public Forum is looking forward to a new season of relevant topics, including economics, government, international conflict and much more. See our schedule page for the full speaker line up.
Plus, don’t forget to check out our Forum Thinks programming, with an exciting new format this year. We are offering opportunities for book clubs and local organizations to take advantage of our educational and programming content in order to broaden our reach into Western Massachusetts.
If you have other ideas for how the Forum can provide additional opportunities for dialogue and education around key topics, please contact us. We are YOUR Public Forum!
